We wash between 3-5 loads a week. Whirlpool out cleaned the other name brand stacker that we had before. After drying, the pillow cases don’t end up inside the fitted sheet! Quiet and with all those convienant settings, I know that my clothes (which cost alot of money) will truly last and always look good for a long time. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
The dryer does not dry towels in one cycle. I have had a service technician come out right away to try and solve the problem. He came out turned on the dryer said it was heating and left.
Fit well into our small space. I would have liked to see a larger wash basket, and the washing cycle is a little loud, but, our clothes are cleaner than the previous Kenmore product that we had.
I do love the washer/dryer stackable units. When you only have limited space, it’s easy to see why one would buy this product.
this is a replacement purchase for the same product bought 16 years ago. a few minor repairs kept the old one running an average of two loads a day.

The water never stopped flowing. Overflowed, and water ran onto the floor. Needed to manually shut off.
