It comes with a limited 5 year warranty, and on the one occasion that it broke down, I received great customer service. I had the opportunity to speak to Atul Vir, the CEO of Equator Appliances. He stressed the importance of his customers to his company and told me to contact him if I ever had any questions or concerns. He patiently spent time hearing me out, rather than merely sending them to the Customer Service Department. Equator Appliances not only produces great machines, but they really value their customers.
