The only up side to this machine is it’s compact size. If you don’t have much room, this is what you need. It takes a lot of getting used to if you usually use an ordinary washer and dryer. It only washes a few pieces at a time and takes 2 – 3 times as long to finish. If you don’t take the clothes out during the cycle and shake them out a few times, they will be wrinkled. There is no buzzer to tell you when the machine is finished and so even if you shake the garments out, if you aren’t watching closely, they will be wrinkled because you won’t realize when it is finished.
This machine is a waste of money. I bought one and it broke after 6 weeks. The manufacturer provided a replacement. So far they have been unable to provide a replacement part and have been unwilling to send a repairperson. I hope to have a working washing machine by the holidays, but we’ll see…..
